1. General Booking Terms

  • By booking a taxi through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Confirmation will be provided via SMS/WhatsApp or email.
  • Sai Shirdi Cabs reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • Fares quoted are estimates based on standard routes. Actual fares may vary based on route deviations, waiting times, or traffic conditions.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • Our quoted base fares typically do not include Toll Taxes, Parking fees, and State Border Taxes unless explicitly stated. These must be paid by the passenger directly or will be added to the final bill.
  • For outstation trips, a Driver Batta (daily allowance) of ₹250 to ₹350 per day is applicable depending on the vehicle type.
  • Night driving charges (usually between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM) may apply for specific routes.
  • A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm high-value or outstation bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking without any charges up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local trips, and 12 hours for outstation trips.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after the free cancellation window may attract a fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated fare or a flat charge of ₹500.
  • No-Show: If the passenger fails to report at the pickup location without prior intimation, the booking will be treated as a no-show and advance payments (if any) will not be refunded.

4. Luggage & Passenger Capacity

  • Passengers must adhere to the legal seating capacity of the assigned vehicle (e.g., 4 passengers for Sedan, 6-7 for SUV). Drivers have the right to refuse boarding if the limit is exceeded.
  • Luggage should fit comfortably within the vehicle's boot space. Carriers (roof racks) are available only on specific vehicles and must be requested during booking.
  • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Sai Shirdi Cabs is not liable for any lost or damaged luggage during transit.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers are expected to treat the driver with respect and maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
  • If a passenger damages the vehicle interiors, cleaning or repair charges will be levied.
